It is Thanksgiving week.

And before we get into this episode, I just want to say how thankful I am for

all of you. My tribe is strong. My black women's tribe during Black women's. It's time to give thanks

Black women's month. My Black women's tribe is very strong. And we've been growing a lot this year and I'm very, very

thankful for all of you guys.

I'm thankful for the encouragement.

I'm grateful for, I'm thankful for the helpful comments.

I'm thankful for the bad ones too because I always feel like there is some good in the bad.

And so I'm really, really thankful for all of you.
