Hello my friends it is time once again for the morning mindset I am thankful you're with me. I want to say Bravo you are taking a moment before your busy day starts to get your mind

align with the truth of God's word.

That's really going to help you.

It's really going to help me to hear God's word, to really ponder what it's saying to us and to align

our thinking and therefore our behavior with what it says.

Today we're going to be looking again at John chapter 16 verses 8 through 11 and we're

looking at one of the things that Jesus said the Holy Spirit was going to come

and convict the world about.

We're going to dive into that in just a moment, but before we do, I want to encourage you,

especially if you're a new listener to the morning mindset, you know, relatively new,

John 16 verses 8 through 11 this is Jesus speaking to his disciples and he speaking

about when he returns to heaven what's going to happen then.

He says and when he comes, now that he is the Holy Spirit, when he comes he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.

So notice there are three things the Holy Spirit is going to be convicting the world about.

Now when he uses that phrase the world he's referring to people who have not

placed their faith in Jesus and we know that because of the next verse. He says concerning sin because they do not believe in me.

Okay, so the they refers to the world, they do not believe in him. That's the world.
