Now, we're going to do something a bit different today and what was

planned on the thumbnail. Sorry about that. They are a lot of, a lot of cool things to talk about

right now in Star Wars. But there's also some just shitty things as well.

And one of them is just the racist reaction some like Star Wars fans like have to stuff. And there's a new show on Star Wars.com,

the High Republic Show.

It's hosted by Christina Ariel and

she's like amazing.

The show is super good.

And it's just such a positive thing.

But

it's been met with such a

just from one sort of channel of fans such a insidious reaction

and you know people want to take things out of context to serve what they want to say

and then other people will say well well, what's the context?

Well, when I was driving home today, I was listening to Sisters with Savers, and it's Maria and Raven, Maria, who's been on the show a ton of times, and they're talking about it.

And they provide the context. Yeah. and they're talking about it.

And they provide the context and the experience of what it's like to be a person of color Star Wars fan, particularly female.

So I was thinking like, oh, what can I say, you know, how can I tell people what they're talking about?

And I was like, no, no, no, I'll just do a quick show.
