about kindness it's that hidden superpower that all our high-performing guests

have told us about whether that's starts by being kind to themselves when mistakes happen when cock-ups occur or when setbacks are inevitable along the way. You start by understanding and being empathetic to yourself.

And in turn that gives you the capacity to be able to do that to other people and lift other people

He said it's getting worse, no question. So we know we're in a world where people are being less kind than ever before.
