Looking down and reaching home

Feel deeper inside,

and still getting closer to you very well.

It's like when...

I thought it was a fruit jelly

... but it wasn't around the time...

​​still, we're experiencing problems

... because it isn't bad.

It seems that we've only got luck before going home

Good morning.

God morning to you. Relax your shoulders, relax your stomach and your face. Breathe in love.

Breathe out love. Each breath in love. Feel the gentle sweetness inside your chest. Let each breath take you into your heart and as you breathe in love.

And breathe out love. Feel that space soften. Feel it melt. Feel it getting warmer.

Feel the gentle vibration there. Right where you're sitting. Right where you are right now.

God is. You are home. In God. In love. And that means you are safe.

You are truly secure. You are loved. And this love has always been here. It's not that it comes closer to you. In moments like this, it's just that you've turned toward it.

If you could stay here, even just for 24 hours, it should. The changes you would notice seemingly within and without would motivate you to stay, turn toward God. To stay, turning to love.

Every day, I share different ways for you to stay turned toward love. Last night, while sitting at my little altar, doing my job of practice with my mala, I remembered another one. It's like we have to get all of our senses involved in this remembrance, in this turning and staying.

And so I tell you to set an alarm and then you hear that alarm. And if you don't ignore it, you turn to love or you hear the alarm. And that jogs your memory to read the note that comes with the alarm.

And so then with your eyes, you read the note and the words of that note, turn you back toward love or you have posted notes. I tell you only love is here or smile or breathe.

Those notes point you back to love. They remind you to fill and know God where you are. Another way that I had not mentioned before is using your sense of smell, a fragrance, one that you don't usually wear, but one that you enjoy.

I found my bottle of Jasmine oil. I had hit it for myself, trying to hide it for my kids because they love it. And when I become aware of the smell, it's another memory jogger to return to the love to return to God, because it's not something I smell regularly.
