Let's just go tomlin to start

what is the internal temperature in pitchburg on tomlin you know i think that there's

definitely a little tension and knowing that a reset is coming and that's natural just based

in the age of the players in the roster i mean you look at the guys they've built around now and the

guys that are the highest paid guys there.

You're talking about Jalen Ramsey in his 30s, T.J. Watten is 30s, Aaron Rogers in his 40s.

Cam Hayward has been there forever.

And I actually didn't mind the addition of Aaron Rogers because it was sort of the last shot for this core of players that's been there for the last

five, six, seven years. Like this was right, this was just ahead of where you would naturally reset.

And when you do get to that point, when it is time to reset, that's when you start to ask

the big picture questions. That's when the Steelers have to ask, do we want Mike Tomlin leading the rebuild

here? It's when Mike Tomlin has to ask the question, do I want to go through the sort of rebuild

that's going to take two or three years? Because I think that that's probably what the Steelers are
