So it was funny, I was on Seattle Radio this morning. And they asked me, what's your trust level for Sam Darnel?

And it's like, well, he won in Carolina. Didn't start a lot, but he had a winning record, and he won in Minnesota, and he won in Seattle, and nobody works with the Jets. He's not going to get shorter, less athletic, less committed, less focused against the 49ers. I've always been a Sam fan. It's never wavered. I thought he was too talented, too good of an arm, too athletic, too strong, too committed, too coachable, not to be successful at some level.

28 and 6, the last two years, which is the best record in football. But the thing is, he had really, you know, first impressions are powerful.

Kevin Hart apparently bombed early in his career and was booed off the stage.

Nobody saw it.

Right, nobody watched it.

Sam Darnold was against Balliuchick, Sunday night football, Monday night football,

most popular sport in the country, playing in New York, we all saw it.

But, I mean, that's the reality.

Nobody remembers because the first impressions with Jordan were so great,

nobody remembers the wizard years.
