So we've been on top of this whole critical race theory thing I think longer than a lot of people have because

cousin we live in California and kind of a hotbed of that sort of thing.

But I certainly I do look forward to a discussion with our guest about what it is and what it isn't.

I hear so many of my right wing brethren downplaying the concerns about CRT in schools

and I think they're just wrong.

Well, why don't we dive into the topic with our esteemed guest Matt Byonberg, his director of education policy

and director of the VanCittert Center for Constitutional Advocacy at the Goldwater Institute.

He is working now in thank goodness on reducing politicization in US schools. Matt joins us now. Matt, how are you sir?

Doing great. Thanks for having me on.

I do. Yep.

You got them in public school?

Not quite of the school age yet.

So this is something that's on the horizon.

Are you going to?

Looking probably at school choice charter options, something, you know, obviously a lot of concerns with some of the district offerings in the area.

Yeah, a lot of us do.
