Summary

Rowena Gates, a principal at Eng3 Corporation, joins me on this episode to talk about the NanoVi, a device which I use regularly and have seen huge health and performance benefits from.

The NanoVi technology uses a specific type of structured water to help repair every day cell damage caused by what you eat, what you breather, what you are exposed to and oxidative stress. It's a fascinating process and recovery tool, that you'll feel immediate as well as long-lasting results from.

In this conversation, we discuss how the device works on every cell in your body, the improvements in recovery, HRV, sleep, oxidative stress, and inflammation.

Rowena helped launch Eng3's NanoVi technology and currently oversees business development related to health, regeneration, and performance. Rowena has been a serial entrepreneur since 1995 when she co-founded one of the earliest companies to offer an Internet-based solution to the logistics industry. Rowena received her Ph.D. from the University of Washington for her work on international strategic alliances and economic development. When not helping bring NanoVi to the world, Rowena enjoys a range of outdoor activities, family, friends, and her own version of biohacking.

Welcome back to the muscle intelligence podcast. I'm your host, Ben Pocoski. As always, I aim to bring you the best information that exists

0:23.8

to allow you to make an impact in the world, to allow you to show up at your best, to allow you to lead,

0:29.8

live a life of integrity, and ultimately create a body that supports all of those things.

0:36.3

And sometimes that means going outside of conventional

0:39.2

thinking. If you guys remember back to the old muscle expert podcast, I had a guest on by the name

0:44.8

of Dr. Gell Pollock. And he talked about something called structured water. Most people have

0:49.1

never heard of structured water. They don't know what it is. But we all have it. We all have it

0:53.2

in varying amounts, and it tends

0:54.6

to degrade as we age. And it's been shown to be very correlated with decreased function, decreased

1:02.1

health, decreased recovery, and a lot of very vast implications as our amount of structured water starts to decrease. So if you may or may not know,

1:14.6

every cell in the human body is charged. We all have an electrical charge. And the structured water is

1:20.3

the thing that's said to hold the structure, the negative charge and allow your body to send

1:25.0

these electrical transmissions, whether your goal is to use your brain more,

1:29.9

it needs electricity, whether your goal is to use your muscles more, it needs electricity.

1:33.0

We're electrical beings, and the ability to hold these electrical charges is very important.

1:37.3

And ultimately, dependent on this structured water, this fourth phase of water, otherwise known as easy water,

1:43.5

structured water or exclusion zone water,

1:46.2

because the body has actually created a system where it excludes the protons

1:51.2

and creates this wall of negatively charged electrons.

1:53.9

It's really interesting to look at it.

1:55.0

If you're interested in listening to the podcast today with Gerald Pollock,

1:57.4

is definitely worth it.
