Hey, great to be here with you again, Ari, and really excited to share on this summit.

Yeah.

So the title of your talk is you can't be superhuman alone.

And we're going to be talking about the power of community.

So what does that mean that we can't be superhuman alone?

Yeah, we're going to get into it here in a minute, Ari.

You know, one of the biggest things that I see is that a lot of the focus on being

superhuman or biohacking or these kind of concepts never really goes out beyond the individual

person.

And yet, our community, the strengths of our, and the quality of our relationships has everything to do with how we participate in society,

you know, what levels of function we can, you know, we can operate at. And so I just wanted to sort of

fill in this missing piece for the
