| 0:41.1 | arts college in Nashville, Tennessee that enrolls about 1,000 students per year. |
| 0:46.6 | And this athletic season, the Fisk University Bulldogs became the very first HBCU Gymnastics |
| 0:53.1 | team to ever compete in the NCAA. |
| 0:57.2 | Which is huge, but with their incredible coach, Karin Talver, it shouldn't be a surprise. |
| 1:03.5 | Coach Talver is not just any coach, y'all. |
| 1:06.8 | She was a powerhouse gymnast at the University of Georgia leading them to multiple team titles, |
| 1:12.6 | and she was the 1989 NCAA all around national champion, the first black woman to ever win |

| 1:20.3 | So, she knows a thing or two about making Black History. |
| 1:24.7 | And on top of all of that legacy, she also serves as the Fisk University Athletic Director. |
