So can you answer me a question why this story about Ruben Bain is just now coming out about how he was driving a car that killed someone two years ago and no one's heard this?

It seems like a pretty big deal.

Like why now?

I mean, he wasn't charged.

No.

But why is this now?

It's not like Ruben Bain was a nobody two years ago.

No, I don't really understand that at all, except college football programs have a pretty good way of cleaning their tracks if you don't have a robust investigative reporter scene following your school.

And I think we have sort of perceived over the years that the Miami Hurricanes

following is not nearly as big as you would expect for your average borderline blue bloods.

And, you know, it's a very tradition-filled program, of course.

I just don't know that there are people turning over every stone around the program.

And I have no idea how it just came out.
