This is the story of the Halloween's, a name given to a group of four friends at Hemsworth Middle School, a group who loved Halloween perhaps a little too much.

Halloween for the Halloweenies was more than just a day at the end of October with trick-or-treating

and spooks and goolies.

Halloween was something that celebrated year-round, seven days a week.

These kids wore fangs on Picture Day at school.

They jumped out of bushes wearing ghost costumes in the middle of July just to scare the mailman.

And when no parents were looking,

they threw their spaghetti dinners out the window and ate candy instead.

The only problem with being famous for loving Halloween so much is that sometimes the results in you getting called a Halloween.

It all began when they had lost a bet to Becky Sherelecki, and as a result had to wear a hot dog costume to school.

They'd worn so many cool and scary costumes, and yet the one time they show up in a hot dog costume,

everyone starts calling them Halloweenies.

And sure enough, the name had to stick.

Dave kept trying to convince everyone to switch their name to the Hall of Weirwolves after

wearing a Weirwolf costume every day for two months straight, but no such luck. So the Halloween's
