After the show yesterday, I sent an email. Actually, I called and then sent an email and got his email verse over the voicemail. He had his email. So I sent him an email. Who's him? Irv Grossbeck, the owner of the Boston Celtics. Okay, so wait a minute. Professor at Stanford University. So what, as I came on yesterday and I just started chastising local reporters for not. And it takes Dan Shaughnessy to actually make the calls and I go on this rant just kind of out of nowhere. It occurred to you, huh? Maybe I'll make a call. Yeah. Why not? If you have a question, ask the question, maybe you get an answer. I figured I maybe get an answer. And he got back to me with. Well, let me just say, can I just say can I can't go often it's best not to ask the question yeah because then if you get the answer

it ruins it ruins the talk speculation I it often to be a lot of people don't like it's a hidden

thing in the talk show world it's like sometimes you don't want to know. Because if you know, then you know. And then what are we talking about? Why am I going to spend all day talking about trading for this guy when I know they're not going to trade for him? It kills the conversation. Sort of like looking for your golf ball in the woods. Sometimes you're better off not looking for it because you might have to play it.

I don't know if it's a perfect analogy, but something along those lines.

There was a contact me number, which I'm assuming goes to his office at Stanford. And then on his voicemail on the office phone, it listed his Stanford email. So then I emailed. Do you think any of these local basketball writers have even taken the time to do this?
