The Michael Dairy Show is on the air. I'm not going to do. There is nothing that is wrong wanting you to stay here with me. I know you've got somewhere to go. Won't you make yourself

and home and stay with me? And don't you ever leave lay it down salad

and rest here in my own

to get us in the mood

every person that I know in radio that is my age or older was in some way or another inspired, influenced, seduced, into radio because there was a local show they loved,

because their parents listened to the radio and do not do you know when I was in law

school they did a they did a survey of the year I went into law school and it said what's the reason you're

going to law school the number one reason was to kill a mockingbird. Everybody saw

Gregory Packin that great role in to kill a

mockingbird. And number two reason was that your parent before you had been a

lawyer. That wasn't mine. Mine was to kill a Mockingbird. We wanted to

solve the world's problem. We wanted to be the advocate for the oppressed and the

voiceless, the voice for the voiceless. You know, these are aspirational goals. Well, every

radio person, whether they admit it or not, was influenced by that wonderful

television show.

And rather than tell you, I'm just going to let it wash over you and I want you to remember the cast of

characters on one of the greatest television shows in all of history and certainly

the greatest one about radio.
