So I fundamentally believe that we as human beings love to complicate things.

And if we didn't love to complicate things, the way that we would all work out is simply by doing

push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups every single day.

Like I watch some of these people that just do push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups for 30 years

straight, and they are the most like ripped in shape people I've ever seen.

But at the end of the day the simple things, the boring things, I find are often the most

transformative things if we do them constantly for years on end. I think exercise is one of those things. I think

eating in moderation is one of those things. I think sleeping for eight hours is one of those things.

I also think that writing is one of those things. I also think that writing is one of those things. So nine essays in or actually sorry now I'm 10 essays in to ship 30 for 30.

I have found the act of writing to be a truly transformative experience.

been an incredibly profound experience.
