Thank you so much for tuning into the show. Hello, and how are you, E.C. I'm good. How are you doing? Wonderful. I'm excited about this conversation. It's kind of a big one. It's a big one. So we're going to talk about whole foods versus processed foods and supplements. We've got a question from Nicole. I'm just, I just thought, let's just read the whole question. Because I think it's, it's both the introduction and the reason for the episode in itself. It's a bit of a long one, but I'm going to get through the whole thing, and then we'll

My co-owner of our CrossFit affiliate and I are in a bit of a friendly nutrition

He claims that the only benefit from Whole Foods that you cannot get from supplements is

And because he is consuming a gram per pound of protein daily, sometimes more, he personally doesn't feel hungry very often.

He hits protein mostly with protein powders, bars, yogurt, then eats whatever else he wants.
