I'm Lou Dobbs with the Great America Show Midday Update, big news. The Supreme Court has

struck down affirmative action. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the six to three opinion.

He ruled that colleges and universities are no longer allowed to consider race as a factor for admission.

The Chief Justice wrote this, quote,

The Constitution deals with substance, not shadows, and the prohibition against racial discrimination

is leveled at the thing, not the name. A benefit to a student who overcame racial discrimination,
