this while Beijing threatens a island of Taiwan.

China's aggression continues and we still have no word from the White House on China's

efforts to build a military base in Cuba.

The Department of Defense refuses to investigate a balloon seen over Montana this week.

The DOD says the balloon is not to be worried about because of its size.

This after they left the last balloon passing over the entire country before shooting it down.

Supreme Court ruling against Republicans in North Carolina elections dispute

in a six to three opinion written today by John Roberts.

The Supreme Court ruled the North Carolina Supreme Court didn't violate any laws

when they invalidated the state's 2022 congressional map.

Chief Justice Roberts wrote, quote,

state courts retain the authority to apply state constitutional restraints

when legislatures act under the power conferred upon them

by the elections clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The judge and the Trump Mar-a-Lago case makes a big decision.

Judge Eileen Cannon this week denied special counsel Jack Smith's motion

to keep a list of 84 witnesses under seal.

Smith gave no reason in his motion as to why he wanted to keep those names secret.

The ruling comes as audio tapes of President Trump that were used by special counsel Smith

have been leaked to CNN.
