I'm Lou Dobbs with this great America update, Securities and Exchange Commission finds JP Morgan

Chase for deleting emails. Talk about sweetheart plea deals. JP Morgan Chase hit with only a

four million dollar fine for deleting 47 million emails, making Hillary Clinton look law-biting.

Okay, not quite. Among those deleted millions of emails, JP Morgan Chase deleted emails that had

been subpoenaed for at least a dozen civil securities related investigations. A four million dollar fine

for a bank with $3.7 trillion in assets. Not bad. By the way, JP Morgan Chase is the most heavily

fine bank in the country over the past two decades. Former President Obama in a disagreeable mood,

Obama says he disagrees with the Constitution, permitting President Trump to run for office

after being indicted by the Marxist Dems. And Obama says it's awful that media gave the tight

and submersible tragedy more attention than the sinking of a ship overloaded with more than 700

refugees off the coast of Greece. The former President sat down for an interview with CNN this

week in Greece. He was there for the Obama Foundation. He was asked for his thoughts about Trump being

allowed to run for President while under indictment. It's less than ideal. But the fact that

we have a former President who is having to answer to charges brought by prosecutors

does uphold the basic notion that nobody's above the law. And the allegations will now be sorted

through a court process. And I think I'm more concerned when it comes to the United States with

the fact that not just one particular individual is being accused of undermining existing laws,

but that more broadly, we've seen whether it's through the gerrymandering of districts,

whether it's trying to silence critics through changes in legislative process,

whether it's attempts to intimidate the press, a strand of anti-democratic sentiment that

we've seen in the United States. It's something that is right now most prominent in the Republican
