I dated back to when I was a little kid.

I've described our family growing up on the youngest of four as middle class on a good day.

My dad did not get out of high school, my mom earned a high school degree and that was it for her.

She cared that the four of us got an education.

I dated it as far back as to my dad as a little kid and lots of other heroes and mentors over the years.
