I knew over the course of my life if I had seen anything to be true, it was that he was good

and his plan was good. So if you've ever walked through earth-shaking news, which I would imagine

most of you in this room have, you know that there's a difference in believing that what is true

is true and actually having to rest in what is true.

I had to rest in what I've seen my whole life to be true.

That God's plan was good because he is good.
