Guys, I want to talk to you about the big, beautiful, build, the good, bad, and the ugly.

I appreciate you coming on. Carl, my pleasure. Thanks for having me again. Absolutely, man. And you're

always looking spiffy and I love talking to you about this stuff.

And I just, I got to get your take, the big beautiful bill from the House version, if you will.

Obviously, it's going to the Senate, likely to be chopped up a little bit.

And then it'll return to the house and we'll go from there.

But I do have to say, I'm not as impressed as some people are. Maybe you'll sway me one way or

the other. But I have some questions that I'd love to ask you. But give us your take right from the

get-go with this bill, E.J. Well well carl i think you really hit the nail on the head

when you described it as the good the bad and the ugly like the clean eastwood film i look it does

have it does have good parts to it i really like the fact for example that we are extending

different parts of the trump tax cuts some of which have been made permanent,

some of which get at least a temporary extension. I really like the fact that we're going to

get rid of about a million illegal aliens who are currently receiving Medicaid. We're going to

get them off the rolls, so they're no longer going to be mooching off the taxpayer. Again,

there are some really good

provisions in this bill. Now, that being said, here's where we get into some of the ugly.

Probably the most pro-growth part of this bill is the expensing, where essentially a business,

let's say you own a factory, a manufacturer, they want to buy some new equipment,
