After all, to be put at risk like that in what is supposed to be the safest and most private of

all spaces, well, it would create an unimaginable level of fear.

But when that very thing happened to Denise Huskins and Aaron Quinn

in March of 2015, it would only be the beginning of their nightmare

as, after she was kidnapped and Aaron went to the police.

The whole situation started unraveling in a way no one else could have predicted.

With the police eventually coming to believe that Denise had faked her own kidnapping.

But she hadn't. This is monsters. you're going to. When Denise Huskins and Aaron Quinn first met in 2014, it should have been obvious to anyone who knew them that they'd hit it off.

After all, they had a lot in common with one another.

They both had the same job as physical therapist, so it should come as a little surprise

that in the words of Denise, they were drawn together very quickly.

He wasn't as simple as just starting a relationship right away, though, at least as far as

Aaron was concerned, because despite his attraction to Denise, he was concerned about getting

involved with anyone again, as he'd just broken off a relationship with the fiance he'd found out

was cheating on him.

And because of that, he wasn't sure if he could trust anyone again quite yet.

But in the end, he chose to pursue the new romance as he liked Denise that much.

Though as time went on, his prior issues would put a strain on the life they were building together.

At some point, Aaron's ex-fiancé had gotten back in touch with him via text and asked if they could get back together.

And in March of 2015, when Denise found out about both those texts and the fact that her boyfriend had apparently been considering returning to his old flame,
