Well, if you would, turn with me this morning to scripture that we looked at last week,

and we're going to John, chapter 14, and we've begun talking about the glory of God.

And let's just go ahead and read our text and get into this further in John chapter 14.

John 14.

Before we read, let's pray, join our faith together.

How many realize you don't just plop down in your seat like you're going to a movie or a concert.

Now, this is church, right?

And so you're supposed to be active in your faith, right?

And it's not just what I can do, but it's you and I believe in God together, what God can do.

So let's release our faith together.

Father God, we come before you this morning, thanking you so much for your great goodness and faithfulness and graciousness to us.

Thank you for your word, it's life to us, and healing and medicine to our flesh.

Thank you for your Holy Spirit, who is our teacher, our guide, our helper.

We look to you. We yield to you. Give all of us eyes that can see and ears that can hear,

hearts open and receptive. Let there come. Revelation of truth and anointing manifest, your presence presence and we purpose not to be hearers only

but by your grace to be doers we know as we do we'll be blessed because you're faithful to watch over

your word and perform it get glory to yourself in all these things in j Jesus' name, amen.

Glory to God.
