0:50.2	Food Show but he's the authority in New Orleans when it comes to food and
0:53.6	dining and I went on the show to ask Tom about the New Orleans tradition
0:57.2	called Revilla which has its roots in our Creole heritage and today it
1:01.8	celebrated through a series of fixed-price dinner offerings
1:04.6	at this year 52 restaurants throughout the city and it starts from Thanksgiving to
1:09.5	New Year's in fact we might touch on that in this show but if you missed, go back and give it a listen.
