You're off today, which is something I wanted to ask you about, just in general.

This is your second camp here.

And I think every offseason for you, you've probably had the biggest swings in off seasons for some of these guys,

just in terms of what you did after the World Series and before that,

and then now you come in here as a locked-in starter.

So what's been the changes going back to maybe after the 2013 season,

and then after 2014 and then after last year,

kind of the biggest changes in what you do in the off season um i think you know i'm understanding now that i you know i'm preparing myself for

162 games as the mindset um whereas before it was you know unsure of what exactly i was

preparing for was trying to get myself
