Oh, welcome in the latest episode of that SEC podcast. I'm your host, Mike Brenn. I go by SEC Mike on Twitter, and I'm joined as always by my cousin.

Who goes by big orange buzz on Twitter? What do you do? You big Tennessee Homer?

Hey, buddy. What's going on? Oh, man, I've, you know, I've really been appreciating Shane all the feedback. People are loving the bold takes. I mean, I think we bold some of these people over with some of these bold takes. You know what?

I know, I know, but you know, there's that small group. You know who are Georgia fans, Bama fans. We got to make bold takes to get close to you guys. You know what I'm saying?

And it's like, as soon as you put anything that's that's not Bama or bulldog related, they're just like, they shit on it. You know, which is okay. It's to be expected. But you kind of painted yourself in that picture.

You know what I'm saying? You guys have through years and years of success. You know, it's tough for us to do bold takes for the bulldog. What are we going to? A bold take would be you actually losing the game. You know what I'm saying?

So I love it. I love it. It's this time of the year, Mike, when we're overconfident with our teams and stuff. And I tell you, man, the more we talked about some of those bold takes we put on yesterday, the more confident I felt about my takes. You know what I'm saying?

Oh, yeah. No, I'm right there with you, Shane. And we got the juices going. We got the Athalon sports. I'm seeing that out. The football magazine. That's all in the shelves. So I mean, football and you in these big orange walks. I mean, I think that's what's really getting me fired up.

Shane, knowing the active count down under a hundred days to SEC football. So I got a hell of an idea on this one Shane. We're going to discuss. I tried to limit it to 10. I couldn't even do it.

So we got 11 the 11 games that are going to define the SEC season. We'll get to that in a minute. We got a little bit of news down in Jacksonville. We got some point spreads to get to real quick, but I got to ask Shane because people love this. I think more than anything.

The big orange walks were doing this early. So you can get out there and hit the pavement again. How is the walks going?

Walks are going great, Mike and get a little bit easier. I appreciate it. And I feel better. And that's what's like today. I had a day off and me and the wife instead of just lounging around the house, man, we got out and did some stuff, which I thought was really cool. So just being proactive and active. I love it. And I appreciate all the support again.

And again, I've mentioned on the last show and I was thinking about on my walks 100 days. It is a commitment for me for exercising and walking, but you may have your own demons and maybe you don't do it for 100 days.

You know, maybe whatever it is, well, you even got to do 100 days, Mike, we're down to 93. Come on. You know, keep waiting a little bit later. You know, we'll be in the 80s, but just just take some time and whatever that is, just commit to it.

And then, you know, Vanderbilt Hawaii kicks off. Then we can get back to having some fun because I'm going to eat and drink, man. I'm not one of those success stories that's going to eat salads and shit like that. I'm not that guy.

You know what I'm saying? In fact, today, my wife got a chicken salad and she was trying to tell me how good it is. Don't you like fresh ingredients? I was like, I was like, I did. I said, but long as it's on a sandwich or something, you know, she got to go, that's not what I meant.

So, but anyway, brother, I'm not that guy. I'm getting ready for fall. I'm getting ready for college football because I'm going to be eating chili. I'm going to be drinking beer. I'm going to be partying with everybody.

I hope to get out to a couple of games this year and maybe meet some fans and have some fun. Mike, that's what I'm preparing for. And so this 100 days is just kicking that off.

Right. And another thing, Shane, I just, just for the listeners, I saw, you know, we're getting some feedback. I wish Shane would highlight this. I wish Shane would highlight that. And I'll tell you someone this morning, Shane, they said, you got to do Darren McFadden tearing up South Carolina back in the day.

So, hey, the more suggestions, cousin Shane gets the easier this get because that's part of the process for him is finding these clips thinking on what to use.
