frequent podcast guests. We are also guests on his podcast, Ralph Russo of the AP.

That's how podcasts work now. Everybody has one. So we just kind of take turns, right?

Peering on each other shows. My theory is that all of our conversations, every time we talk to each other at this point, is some form of a pod game.

Correct. It's always there's a reporter running.

Yeah, yeah.

The reason we want to have Ralph on is there's just a lot of stuff going on right now,

you know, kind of revolving around the NCAA and the future of college sports and employment and NIM. the N. C. A. A. And

N. I. L. And um, Roff and I have a lot of conversations about this offline.

In fact, we we, lately, we've been trying to keep track of how many lawsuits are currently pending against the NCA.

We help each other out like, oh, you forgot this one.

So yeah, let's dive into it.

First of all, we're recording this on a Wednesday and the day before Tuesday

We had a ruling you know last week the attorney generals of Tennessee in Virginia was filed an antitrust

suit against the NTA wanting to lift all restrictions on using NIL as

recruiting.

Not coincidentally, Tennessee is accused of doing that,

the Tennessee football program.

And so they filed this lawsuit and they asked for temporary restraining order
