year-end episode by my fellow Daily Beast writer, Laura Bradley. Welcome back, Laura. Hello,

thank you for having me. Yeah, we are back for the second consecutive year

counting down our picks for the funniest performances of the year. So I am so just thrilled

to have you back on the podcast to do this because it was so fun last year. Yeah, it was. I'm

really excited to be back. What was it like for you putting together the list this year?

So it was not too hard.

It was a lot of good comedy this year, I think.

I mean, when we did this in 2020, it was, I mean, for all kinds of reasons, obviously

2020 was an insane year.

And I think it was a year that people were still trying to figure out how to be funny in our

new world.

But yeah, so I think there was definitely more stuff that I enjoyed, I think, that came out

this year.

And it was interesting because it was all stuff really, for the most part, made during

the pandemic, I think, because people, you know, that's what we

saw this year was stuff made last year. So yeah, there was a lot of good stuff. What about you? What,
