Washington, D.C., and this has so many creepy twists. There's a scary letter involved. There's

phone calls. I mean, this story is truly baffling. Yes, this case is just entirely frustrating.

It really feels like this entire case was just fumbled by the police.

And still today, they're trying to find answers for this string of murders that took place.

And it really feels like it should be solved.
