We've all had about 48 hours. It's all settled in. We've all mentally digested the information that Kevin Durant will be wearing a Golden State Warriors uniform next NBA season.

So I ask you this.

Now that the whole world is sort of reacted, we've heard everybody about it.

Question for you, as an ex-MBA player, why are ex-MBA players in particular so salty about Mr.

Durant's decision that I support?

I don't think they're necessarily salty about it. They just seem to understand that there's

a paradigm shift happening in the NBA where it's going to lead to only a couple of teams

getting all of the notoriety and containing the competitive balance.

If you look back at the teams in the glory days of the NBA, regardless of error, the success

was translated throughout the league. The notable error of the league and the modern day era

era was the 80s. And while the Lakers won five championships and the Celtics won three, their teams weren't

the only guys that had notable players on each all-star team.
