It's necessary not just to know something is wrong with these ideas and their implementation but also to know how and why they're wrong. Ultimately, this means grasping the Left's Woke Marxist mindset, namely the idea of cultural hegemony. 0:23.6	inclusion specifically. I'm going to leave out equity just for the quick summary
0:27.4	the E in DEI which is diversity and inclusion, stands for an administered economy in which
0:35.8	shares are adjusted so that citizens are made equal.
0:39.0	So it's an administrative system, a bureaucratic system, that adjust shares to make citizens equal, in
0:43.9	other words, it's socialism. That's the goal of diversity, equity, and inclusion
0:47.8	programs, but we're not talking about equity today. I want to talk about
0:51.8	diversity and inclusion specifically. I want you to
0:54.7	understand how the woke Marxists understand these concepts. And it starts by understanding
1:00.9	that they interpret all concepts through their view of the world, which is not
1:07.0	our view of the world. Their view of the world is that there's these pervasive evil spirits,
1:12.3	if you will, called systems of power or systemic power
1:17.4	or power dynamics that contour and structure our experience of reality.
1:23.3	So every word, diversity, inclusion, equity, whatever, has to be understood
1:28.1	only through the lens that understands systems of power in which there are hierarchies where some people
1:34.7	are the halves and some people are the have-nots and that's generated by the
1:39.1	unjust power dynamic of say systemic racism if it's race, transphobia, if it's a trans
1:45.8	thing, or queer theory, homophobia, sexism, misogyny and so on. All of these are
1:51.4	understood in terms of systemic power dynamics that
