This is something that I've wanted to do for a long

time and I finally decided to take the plunge and jump on in. The goal with everything that I do

Instagram or YouTube, or now through this last medium that I have not yet explored, which is

audio. Now, it's been something that I've been fortunate to be on a number of podcasts throughout the

years, but I've never really had my own, so I'm really excited to jump

in, and I hope you guys enjoy what I'm going to put out.

Now, when I finally thought about doing this, I debated over a couple different formats

to best provide value to you guys in a way that's consumable and actionable.

So what I wanted to start with is probably about 10 to 15 minute shows, just short shows
