This week we are talking about the formula for depression what i believe is plaguing so many of us got so many black

women like under a spell stressed out in what we are calling depression.

Now, I don't really like to use the term depression.

You know, after you have your child, there's this conversation around postpartum depression.

And although I definitely a thousand percent agree that every woman, regardless of how mentally strong she is,

regardless of how well prepared she thought she was, regardless of how many kids, she already has.
