a would-be assassin waited nearby, preparing to detonate a bomb that would end the Democrats' presidency

story. Where do we meet

Kennedy in this account? Well, we really meet him in World War II. We see the hero that he is

in World War II truly putting his own men on his back when his boat is sent to smithereens

and they're drowning in the water. And they find themselves on various islands in the Solomon Islands.

His PT 109, a Japanese mind, destroys it.

The crew is just decimated.
