O. G crew I did like kind of keep you all guessing for a little bit so we're gonna be

digging into some subject matters that are that are kind of hard with, you know, the death of John, the Baptist and everything else like that.

But there is one thing that I did want to point out and talk about here from the very beginning.

And it relates to something that I talk about in January of every year when I do my

How to Avoid Being a Crappy Man series. There are several that I've said every

year and will continue to say every year and one of them is don't let sports ruin your night. Okay so the reason why I say that is because I for the

majority of my life until here in the last few years was the worst at that.

Whether it was cheering on my high school team

or whether it was the St. Louis Cardinals

or whether it was my favorite fighter or something like that,
