and if you guys didn't hear the announcement last week because you skipped out on the end of the

episode, because you just couldn't wait to get to the next thing in your life. We were talking

about how we're finally going to dig into a gospel. We're digging into Matthew, and I mean,

we're going to be in Matthew until next, until the Easter of next year, guys. And so on Easter

of 2024, that's when we're going to end with talking about the resurrection on resurrection day.

So we're going to spend a lot of time in this. And so for all of you guys, as we go along through

these, we're going to talk about the different resources we're using to study Matthew,

the different concordances or different study Bibles and things like that. But we're going to be digging

in. We're digging in deep. We're going to be talking about the gospel. We're going to spend a

lot of time talking about Jesus to set up Matthew from the beginning. The audience is for Jews and

Gentiles, but what most people consider is this is mainly written for Jews. And the reason why

people say that is because the book of Matthew has a bunch of references to the Old Testament.

And they think that Matthew wrote it for a largely Jewish audience to help them in their conversion
