helps him find the most beautiful girl in the world who's been captured by a dragon. Will

the brave prince rescue the Flower Queen's Daughter? Let's find out together.

We'll take a moment now to settle in comfortably under the covers. And as you rest here, see

if you can become aware of the sounds around you. Taking note of any sounds that are close

by, perhaps just outside your door in the other room. And now noticing any sounds that

are further away. Perhaps you can hear the sounds that are outside your window, a car

passing by, or the sound of the wind or rain. Or perhaps just focusing on the sound of my voice.

And just resting here, allowing the sounds to fall in and out of your awareness.

And now bringing that awareness to the sensation of your body as you lie here. Feel the places of

contact where your body meets the surface below. Sense the weight of your body.

Sense the feeling of your head being supported by the softness of your pillow. And now the sensation of your

whole body being held and cradled by your bed.

Letting go of any tension that you may be unconsciously holding. Just by giving yourself permission to relax and let go.

And softening into your bed while enjoying this wonderful feeling of finally coming to rest after a long busy day.

Welcome this feeling of rest and relaxation as your day now comes to an end.

And so as always my friend, take a full comfortable breath. And as you exhale, relax and let go.
