Two Democratic leaders in Congress this week, Chuck Schumer and Joaquin Jeffries, Senator

the Chairman of Fox, Rupert Murdock.

Their request to stop hosts on Fox News from spreading fake election narratives and admit

that they were wrong on air.

Four documents from Dominion voting systems, $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit, show that

Rupert Murdock said some Fox News hosts quote, were endorsing.

Unquote claims that the 2000 presidential election was stolen from Trump.

The burden of proof for a defamation case against immediate companies is extraordinarily high.

Dominion must prove that Fox News had actual malice when reporting on claims that the 2020

election was stolen.

How you define that phrase actual malice is important here.

It means Dominion has to prove that Fox News anchors and executives had to know that what

they were broadcasting about election denial claims were false in the moment that they were

being broadcast and that they intentionally showed disregard for the truth anyway.
