1:03.0	After much anticipation, Seattle Public Schools has released two drafts of its plans to stabilize as it works to remediate its budget deficit. They're calling them option A and option B. Under option A, 21 schools would close. It would save the district $31.5 million. Under option B, 17 schools would close. 1:23.2	A Seattle City Council Committee will get an update from Seattle Public Library today on the
