1:27.4	It's been a rough week, shall we say, in the college basketball universe of the Texas Longhorns and the college football world.
1:30.1	We lost Mike Leach at the age of 61 after a massive heart attack and that has filled the airwaves
1:43.2	and the sports centers with all kinds of unbelievable stories
1:51.1	before we get into all of that and Texas football preparing for the Alamo Bowl against
1:59.2	Washington. They got a new punter for 2023.
2:04.6	Mike Leach. And I have to say, Mike Leach once told me that he, you know, he was fired from Texas Tech.
2:16.4	They did not pay him $800,000 because they fired him for cause over the, the, uh,
2:24.9	Adam James lie that Adam James told it, you know, saying Leach locked him in an electrical closet when that did not happen.
2:37.1	And, and Leach sued and he went to court and he proved that that was a lie.
2:44.7	And he sued Texas Tech to get that money.
2:48.8	Well, in the state of Texas, you, you can't sue a government agency.
