This is going to the Kentucky Fried Chicken secret. I don't know if it's a secret, but it's what they do or what they did when I was working there.

You know how the gravy from Kentucky Fried Chicken is very thick and tasty and everything? Well, it's made this way. They have this powder that they have in a like a one gallon sack. This is spices and everything.

They then tell you to scrape out the grease from the fryer from the day at the end of the evening. You put all of that grease and leftover chicken fat or whatever it is.

This is this big fat like round piece of grease. You put that in water and boil the water and then you put the spices in the pot and you stir it all up and let it boil.
