Assalamu alaikum.

The most powerful Dua to make during the night of decree,

also known as the night of power in Arabic Lailet al-Qadar.

The most powerful dua, Aisha, Radi al-Anha, asked the Prophet,

Peace Be upon him,

if I were to witness this night,

what is it that I should say?

He says,

Say,

Allahhom,

Inna,

Afouun,

Tohuffe on me.

Oh, Allah,

you are most forgiving.

You love to forgive. So forgive me.

That shows that forgiveness is the essence of the night of decree, the essence of Ramadan, the essence of our entire lives.

If you want paradise, the biggest favor you can do yourself is to seek the forgiveness of Allah sincerely and consistently, constantly.
