Today, we're excited to host this litigation update on Medicare drug pricing negotiations.

Our speaker today is Ashi Parish.

Ashi is a partner at King and Spalding.

He was one of the partners that leads the firm's appellate, constitutional administrative law practice.

He focuses practice on appellate, administrative and on strategic complex litigation.

He has a significant experience handling administrative law cases in litigation against federal and state government agencies. After our speaker gives

As Carolyn mentioned, I'm going to be talking about the pending litigation that has been filed in connection with the Inflation Reduction Act's

drug pricing provisions. Just as a disclosure, I'm currently representing several clients on these

issues, but my comments today are strictly my own personal views. As many of you also know,

the Federalist Society for these webinars often ask for sort of somewhat of a neutral
