Department of Justice. The first I'm looking at is a complaint they filed in federal court against the state of New Jersey

because the state of New Jersey allows in-state tuition and in-state financial assistance

to legal aliens. Now, I'm not arguing that allowing in-state tuition and financial

assistance to illegal aliens is a good thing. I think it's a bad thing to reward criminal

activity, but it's the point of this is New Jersey dealing with New Jersey stuff and the federal

government intervening because they don't like it.

Now, the lawsuit filed in the district court in New Jersey names the state itself, the higher education student assistance authority,

the acting secretary of higher education, the board of the directors
