I'm sure most Americans hope that when Donald Trump once again became president,

the weaponization of the federal government

would end. Sadly, that's not happened. Hello, there are everyday Americans Paul Engel here

with the Constitution study, where we read and study the Constitution, teach for a generation

be free. Glad I could join you today. You know, I remember talking about the weaponization

of government. I've talked about the weaponization of government under the Biden administration. Now it's time to

talk about the weaponization of government under the Trump administration, the second Trump

administration. I know there are people out there that are just pulling their hair out because,

well, they're just Trump apologists, and they don't think Trump could do anything wrong,

but there's a lot going on. It involves the weaponization of government under this administration.

Take, for example, the Department of Justice. We're going to look at several cases out of the

Department of Justice. The first I'm looking at is a complaint they filed in federal court against the state of New Jersey

because the state of New Jersey allows in-state tuition and in-state financial assistance

to legal aliens. Now, I'm not arguing that allowing in-state tuition and financial

assistance to illegal aliens is a good thing. I think it's a bad thing to reward criminal

activity, but it's the point of this is New Jersey dealing with New Jersey stuff and the federal

government intervening because they don't like it.

Now, the lawsuit filed in the district court in New Jersey names the state itself, the higher education student assistance authority,

the acting secretary of higher education, the board of the directors

of the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund, and the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education.
