Summary

The 20 for 20 challenge is wrapping up with the end of January just around the corner and February kicks off the next #TRPFitnessChallenge. We will be doing pushups. This challenge is scalable from 1,000 to 3,000 to 10,000. The point of the challenges is to be building habits and we do that by doing something every single day. We've already knocked out 20 minutes a day for 20 days, so now we are making the challenge a little more difficult. Join the February Push-Up Club and by then end of it you can get a sticker or T-shirt!
