Summary

As of today, the FBI has still filed no charges and has not officially named a suspect. The investigation remains open and ongoing. Yet, thanks to a trove of public, but hidden, family court documents, a chilling narrative has emerged. We have a death certificate that calls Anna Kepner’s death a homicide by "mechanical asphyxia." We have sworn court filings from a mother and a father both identifying their own 16-year-old son as a suspect in that death. 0:10.0	You know, the Anna Kepner case tomorrow will be exactly a month.
0:17.1	This occurred on November 7th.
0:34.6	And the potential is that the actual murder may have occurred on the 6th, the night of the 6th, and her body was discovered on November 7th at 1117 a.m. We all know most of the facts and circumstances here. However, I'll just enlighten some.
0:43.9	On the calm waters of the Caribbean luxury cruise ship became a crime scene. Anna Kepner, a vibrant 18 year old just months from from graduation was on a family vacation aboard the
0:56.2	Carnival Horizon. She would never make it home. Her death was discovered just one day before
1:01.8	the ship was set to return to Miami. But the real mystery isn't just what happened to her.
1:06.8	It's why the FBI has been so quiet about it. As is standard when a U.S. citizen dies in international waters,
1:14.1	federal investigators took over the case and then official information dried up.
1:20.4	Today, we expose the story of authorities can't or won't publicly discuss
