Good morning. Welcome back to Tack Room Bible Talk. My name is Duane. And I want to put out a little short video. I want to do it more on, I want to have more of the spirit of encouragement this morning, if I may. In Psalm, in Psalm 103, we'll start in verse one.

It says, bless the Lord, oh, my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name.

Bless the Lord, oh, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

We do tend to forget his benefits.

Verse number three says, who forgiveth all thine iniquities,

who healeth all thy diseases?

When a person comes to God and God forgives him he forgives all of his inequities everything the Bible says he has removed them as far as the east is from

the West our sins.

It says he remembers them no more.

Verse number four,

who redeemeth thy life from destruction.

If you are born again,

and if you have turned your life around and come to God,

then if you look back and you remember

what you were and how you were and what your life was before him, you remember that he redeemed

your life from destruction, who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies,

who satisfieth thy mouth with good things so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles.

The Lord executes righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Now folks will look at that and say, well, there's a lot of oppressed today

and I don't see righteousness and judgment.

You're looking at your definition of righteousness and judgment,

and you're looking at your calendar, you're looking at your watch, and you're looking at your calendar,
