And so one of the ways that I like to do this is you start with Landwatch and you just go to landwatch.com, you click on that,

So I just look under 100 grand. Cool. And then I'm going to go down here and I'm going to check off solds. So now we're looking at available under contract and solds.

So don't worry about competition and whatnot. To make this simple and easy, I'm just going to go into Florida. Florida is a great market, but Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, California, Arkansas, Georgia, these are all really, really good markets. Let's just keep this simple, real fast. I'm going to go into Florida.

Now, I'm not saying you should go into the number one county because they are more competitive, but Lee County, Charlotte, Citrus, Marion, Polk, Sarasota, Putnam Highlands, are all good counties.
